Pentewan Old Cornwall Society - Preserving & Sharing Knowledge
Rob Evans is a Cornish Bard and President of the Pentewan Old Cornwall Society. He knows the story of his home village from top to bottom, and has immersed himself in it throughout his life. This is an engaging look at the locally significant people and events which make up the social history of Pentewan. It draws upon valuable notes made by his father, Cyril Albert Evans, also a Bard, who was concerned to create a record of the village’s past.
This follows on from other literary contributions by Rob to preserving knowledge about Pentewan relating to railways and on the 'Cornish Story' website.
