On, a windy but largely sunny, VE Day Bude Old Cornwall Society manned a tent on the lawn at The Castle throughout the day, exhibiting memorabilia from World War 2 and focusing on commemoration of the fallen from the town and its surrounding villages. There was a steady flow of visitors throughout the day and some lively discussions.
