‘The Medieval Wade Bridge’

Welcome to the Bude-Stratton & District Old Cornwall Society. We are the most northerly branch of the Federation of Old Cornwall Societies.
Our geographic area is situated in the North of Cornwall, bordered by the Atlantic Ocean to the west, the Devon border to the north, and the River Tamar to the east. It consists of the parishes of Morwenstow, Kilkhampton, Stratton, Budehaven, Launcells, Poughill, Marhamchurch, Poundstock, Whitstone, Boyton, Jacobstow, North Tamerton, St Gennys, Week St Mary, and Warbstow.
This is roughly the area of the old Stratton Hundred and apart from Bude, Stratton and the main villages, is composed of scattered farms and hamlets.
Meetings
Unless otherwise stated all meetings commence at 7.00 pm and held on the last Monday of the month at the Parkhouse Centre, Bude.
Subscriptions
Society annual membership fee £10.00, with visitors/non-members £5.00 per meeting.
