Our meetings are held in the Callington Town Hall Communtiy Chamber, unless noted below.

Annual membership is £7.50 and non-members are advised of a £2 minimum donation to attend our meetings.

Thursday 19th October, 2.00 pm: 'The Tintagel Excavations' - by Win Scutt, Senior Archaeologist, EH

Saturday 21st October: Federation Winter Festival, Padstow.

Thursday 16th November, 2.00 pm: 'Wacker Quay and its Hidden Railway - Then and Now' - David Naylor

Monday 18th December, 7.30pm: Mike O’Connor and Barbara Griggs present 'A Cornish Christmas: Songs, music and stories to celebrate the season.'Seasonal refreshments

Thursday 18th January, 2024, 2.00pm: Bodmin Wassail, 400 years of unbroken tradition. One of the oldest, unbroken traditions in the UK and right on our doorstep! Members of the Bodmin Wassailers will be here to take you through exactly what has, and is, happening.

Saturday 13th January, 7.00pm: Rillaton Wassail. Meet in Rillaton.

Thursday 15th February, 2.00pm: 'Memories of a Town Crier' - Rob Tremayne

Thursday 21st March, 2.00pm: 'Cornish Dancing' - Carmen Hunt. Learn from this Cornish Bard all about our own Cornish Dances and perhaps have a go yourself!

Monday 15th April, 7.30pm: 'Dialect stories' - Trevor Smitheram

Monday April 29th, 7.30pm: Murder Mystery Evening. Can you solve a Who Dunnit? Fund raising evening, entry £5 to include refreshments

Thursday May 16th, 2.00pm: Summer Visit to Luckett Station with picnic. Meet B&M car park. Transport available. Please see Sec if you need a lift.
